Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Nexoz Digital Solutions ("Nexoz Studio," "we," "us") operates https://studio.nexozdigital.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@nexozdigital.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, business name, industry, budget range, and project details submitted through our forms or by email.
  • Client materials: photos, logos, and brand assets you send us to produce your deliverables.
  • Usage data: anonymized analytics about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not sell this data.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and deliver our services
  • To produce, revise, and deliver creative work you commission
  • To send service communications and, with consent, marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime)
  • To improve our website and offering
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, email, form storage), bound by confidentiality.

4. Client materials and AI tools

Producing your deliverables may involve processing the materials you provide with third-party AI generation and editing tools. We only submit materials necessary for the work, and we do not use your materials to train models. Your final deliverables belong to you.

5. Data retention

Lead and client records are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@nexozdigital.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport, access-controlled storage, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data proportionate to its sensitivity.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and — for active clients — notified by email.
