Pricing questions
What does 'active request' mean?
It's how many projects we work on for you simultaneously. Submit as many requests as you like — we work through your queue in order, at your plan's concurrency. Most clients find 1–2 active requests keeps a constant stream of deliverables flowing.
Can I switch plans or pause?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime from one billing cycle to the next. Pausing banks your unused days.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All subscriptions are month-to-month. Fixed-scope projects are quoted upfront with 50% to start.
What if I only need a one-time project?
